Catalog Description:	Broad-based overview of major imaging techniques used in biomedical patient care and research. Modalities covered include x-ray, computed tomography, ultrasound, nuclear medicine, and magnetic resonance imaging. The underlying physics, image formation theories and selected applications of each modality are presented.
