	Controlling and targeting the release of a drug is essential for its efficacy. The Grainger groups focus on drug delivery manifests itself in the development of a siRNA delivery system for osteoporosis as well as an antibiotic loaded polymer allograft bone coating to treat orthopaedic infections.
