Current Research
My work with Dr. David J. Warren examines the use of implantable devices to deliver electrical stimulation of the peripheral nervous system. We primarily utilize the Utah Slanted Electrode Array (USEA), which allows for selective activation of subsets of our nerve targets. Our work spans both motor and sensory contexts: from moving paralyzed limbs to restoring auditory function in cases of deafness.
